Home building is in our roots! 

Galeota Associates, Inc. is a family owned business. The founder of the company, Anthony L. Galeota, Jr. was a former builder and land developer in central Massachusetts under the name of Hallmark Designs, Inc. As Anthony managed the projects, his sons, Christopher and Greg spent their summer breaks on various job sites learning new skills and techniques of building single family homes. As Home Inspections became a more popular Real Estate tool, Anthony followed the trend and expanded his Business to include Home Inspections. With Anthony's expertise this transition was easy. He was also the Town Building Inspector in several Towns. In 1979, Anthony had the opportunity to acquire Area Home Inspection Company; based in Harvard, MA and employed 15 Home Inspectors. As Christopher and Greg finished college they joined the family business as Home Inspectors. In 1994, the decision was made to downsize and become a family owned and family employed company and the company name was changed to Galeota Associates, Inc.
