For an average size home, our onsite inspections take an average of 2 - 3 1/2 hours . Additional time is spent if the condition of the property or concerns of the buyer warrant. The inspection of a larger size home would require more time depending upon the square feet of living space. We have expertise in the inspection of Antique Homes. Our inspections are dedicated to the property and you, the buyer.
Our inspections evaluate 10 main areas; structural components, roofing system, exterior components, eletrical system, heating system, cooling/heat pump system, insulation/ventilation, plumbing system, interior components and maintanence advice. Our experience has shown us to observe signs which may indicate past, present or problems areas.

Our most popular water quaility testing plans include, a 26 Item Basic Scan which includes Arsenic and Lead and a 26 Item Basic Scan with Volatile Organic Compounds. We can also cater to any of your priorities. All samples are analyzed by a state and federal certified laboratory.
